Welcome to our Farm! We are so blessed to be able to live on such a beautiful piece of God's earth that we want to share a bit of that with others! The farm serves as our home and our businesses.
The main business is Statler Registered Angus. My husband, The Farmer, raises Registered Angus Bulls (with a little help from the rest of the family)!.
Next is Grandma Bea's Natural Products, my little company. I create all of the products for Grandma Bea's right here on the farm. I truly enjoy sharing my passion for natural living and offer speaking engagements and classes. To schedule, please visit https://debbiehadlerstatler.com/work-with-me-2/ .
And finally, The Homestead. The Homestead is a place where you can step back in history to the 1800's and experience life like "Little House on the Prairie". We have almost 50 activities for children (and adults!) to participate in. Grinding wheat, crushing herbs with a mortar and pestle, churn butter, wash clothes with a wringer washer, write with a feather pen, play pioneer games and so much more! The children can even dress the part! We have prairie dresses, bonnets, aprons, suspenders and straw hats for children to pretend with!
Guests are also welcome to visit the hen house and gather eggs or feed the chickens. The hens love visitors and usually come running to see who's here! The calves and heifers can be found waiting at the fence row hoping for someone to feed them a handful of grass.
Depending on the time of the year, baby calves and baby kittens may even be available to see and pet.
The farm has a wealth of herbs and edible plants that we enjoy foraging. Guests can schedule appointments to go on foraging field trips.
We welcome homeschool families, school field trips, daycare field trips and anyone that wants to enjoy a bit of the simple farm life!
